I think most of you know how’s the real estate market doing right now…It’s not really a good time to sell since everyday, all the house prices are dropping! With our situation right now, we are really stuck! Couldn’t sell it yet since our farm house isn’t ready. Yeah - literally not ready! The kitchen is all torn apart, bathroom is totally messed up and don’t get me going coz that just reminds me how horrible it is there right now. That only means we have to settle a lower price for this house (which I hope not!).
