Bangus or Milkfish is my favorite kind of fish! Growing up near the ocean, we don’t miss a fish in our table everyday and quite honestly, it makes me sick and tired of fish! BUT once I moved in with hubby here, I couldn’t believe how much I miss it! A LOT! Yeah - you could purchase one at the store but aside from being expensive, it’s not fresh - at all! Well, I settle for the frozen ones at Filipino or Asian store and that marinated one just hit my taste buds! Even the whole milkfish deep fried, the tummy part, oh so yummy! Last weekend my friend served a rellenong bangus but it was one of those frozen ones, I still like it! So, I bought one too and having it for lunch today!

Since I last posted here? 1? 2 weeks? I’m not in vacation but I’m neglecting this blog,tsk…tsk…tsk… I even spent more money than what I am making these past few weeks,LoL! This isn’t good at all! When we had our trip, that really slowed me down then I came back still have so many things to do and everyday I needed to be somewhere and my oh my, I couldn’t tell time is passing my so quick! Tomorrow will be another busy day for Independence Day and another party on Saturday plus finishing up a room in Sunday, good thing I have at least today to pick up the pieces and finish up some blogging task! So, I’ll stop yacking now and start working,hehehe!

I can’t help but to express my disappointment lately! I was really upset when I found out that hubby already got the notice from the National Visa Center for the petition of my father. Why upset? Coz he knows I’ve been checking our mailbox everyday and dying to get a notice from them and he didn’t even bother to tell me that he changed the address to our farm house, argggggggggghhhh!!! Well, at least now I know! The thing is, they have all these other requested documents before they could give him the interview schedule and I was like, another delay? Since my father has to gather all that and send it to me. Okay, there’s rush shipping…not so fast! We just found out that his passport is expiring soon and what the Visa Center was asking is a photocopy of a passport at least 6 mos. validity!!! U see??? So darn unlucky!!! How did they overlooked that?! Oh well, too late for blames now…we just have to wait another month to get his passport. I couldn’t believe how long this is taking!!! I’m getting impatient here! Can u tell?hehehehe!

Hubby’s into gardening and yard work but not me! My kids? Well, they are kinda like their dad’s little helper…I just give them moral support thru my presence (actually I’m yacking on the fon while they’re weeding)hehehe! Our front yard is such a mess! Looks like no1 is living here with all tall weeds around and bushes badly needing some trim, tsk…tsk…tsk…hubby can’t do everything, even I can’t! Hey, I got my blogging business goin’, chores, kids and oh yeah, friends outing…gotta have some fun baby! Well, I could get my hands dirty if there’s a treat!hihihihi…

Our weekend was confronted by some problems I’m dealing with but now, it’s all better. Not resolved but at least better…hubby and I are still trying to find a solution but on a lighter note, we had a great time yesterday for Father’s Day! Spent a bit of time at the mall, dinner with the whole family at Mexican Restaurant and when we got back home, we picked some june berries from our tree in the front yard! They’re good to make as a pie, mix it to your oatmeal or cereal and even in pancakes or just to eat it right away,hehehe!

Although it’s late…I still want to greet every father’s out there and most especially my dad and hubby a very Happy Father’s Day! How did we celebrate it? Well, hubby needed to fix the air conditioner since it’s one of those things that needs to be taken care of right away and right after that, he fixed our mower. Yeah, lately everything is broken around here and good thing he can manage to fix everything! He started mowing our grass around noon {doesn’t sound like a special day for him, does it?} Well, I let him do that since I know he likes to make his weekends productive but when it got really hot, he decided to go somewhere. That’s when we ended up at the mall getting me a new fon {weird huh? it’s me getting a present not him,LoL}Right after that, I asked him to have dinner BUT I’ll pay since it’s Father’s day,hehehe! He refused though…now, I’m starting to think if we are celebrating mother’s day instead,LoL! That’s pretty much our day! So, how about yours?

Last week, I went out with friends to go shopping once again! Since Lorena needed a dress for the wedding she’s going to this weekend, we decided to hit the mall and so, we searched for the perfect dress! Actually, I already found one online that I think it would look best on her and sure glad we found it at the store! BUT we were just carried away with all the beautiful gowns so, we ended up trying them on and taking pictures,LoL! Well, it was just one of those days when you like to dress up but nowhere to go,hahaha!

Aside from that, kids had a lot of fun chowing down on their pizza and ice cream! Really great time for them too by running around screaming and getting their mom yelled at for their troubles,LoL! Gotta love kids!

I am having so much trouble here around the house. It’s really a HUGE mess and I am not in the mood for cleaning right now since the air conditioner is STILL broken! I know it will take some time before hubby could look into it and fix it! With his hectic sked, geez! I’m glad yesterday we were at a friend’s house since she had her day off but now I gotta suffer with the heat around the house. Fan won’t do it neither the windows being opened since it’s just blowing hot air in here…arggggggggghhh!!! Getting headaches here and getting crankier every minute!!!

These are some photos I compiled from our recent night out with my friends, Lorena and Shiela. The 3 of us have 2 kids each and to tell yah, they are like do-re-mi when it comes to ages! When together, it’s like we are having a kiddie party, really! That loud, chaotic and crazy! BUT they’re all good kids *wink* We are just glad that we got our hubbies to watch our munchkins every time we set a date for a girls night out. It’s kinda like our mommy break! It will not be for another month that the 3 of us will get2gether since Shiela is in Canada right now…we miss you friend!

I asked hubby if we could watch Panda movie with the kids last weekend but he was really tired from working all day at the farm so, I just let him rest when we got home. He just asked me to find some other time this week so, he can enjoy the movie better and I can understand that! Didn’t want him to be sleeping in the theater while me and the kids are enjoying the movie for sure!hehehe! I heard it’s really funny so, I can’t wait to spend a movie night with my family! Where I planned to watch it is at Movie Tavern where me and my friends had really an awesome time! I just like the idea where you can order food and drinks inside the theater and make it like a dinner and movie in one! Really cooL!

My bes gave me an early present today! That’s a coach teardrop key ring {click photo to enlarge} and actually, I picked this out when we were together at the mall coz that’s how she wanted it to be and I have no problem with that. In fact, it’s a pretty common thing to do nowadays. It’s my first bday present this year and I am really too old to celebrate my bday and doesn’t want anyone to spend anything for me but any blessing is welcome of course!hehehe! As soon as I got home, I immediately transferred all my keys in that ring and I’m lovin’ it! Thanks momi Loreng!

Yes! I finally packed my luggages! {Only checked luggages though} Well, at least it’s 2 less work! I really started to panic when Darlene told me she’s all packed a month ago! Whew! That really amazes me! I’m such a procrastinator and I know it’s not a good thing so, this time I try my best to do it as early as possible and a week is the best that I can do. Too bad, many things like goodies and yummy treats are left here and will surely be consumed by my family since my luggages are all full! I have to leave my cabin luggage unpack until I see my friend who got something for her family too and I gotta buy a gift as well for my friend’s wedding. No rush, I still have a couple of days,hehehe!
