Holy Smoke!

wordless2.gif

During our trip to Florida, I think we were near Georgia when we saw break light’s on ahead of us and there it was a smoking truck! I was just so amazed with the fire until hubby knock me off my senses and asked me to go get my camera,LoL! So, I was able to capture this…

I was thinking, the firemen will get there asap to put off the fire before it eats up the whole truck but hubby thinks it will be too late…”by the time they get there, there’s nothing left of the truck!”…Oh well, I guess we’ll never know!

That looks bad. I was recently in a traffic jam in NYC and I smelled something burning. I looked over at the car next to me and it was on fire. The young girl was inside chatting on her cell phone! The person behind her finally ran up and pulled her out. Within a few minutes it looked like this truck.

That is scary beyond words - yet you captured it so vividly! Nicely done. A friend of mine had that happen to her family years ago. To this day, she’s still amazed at how quickly things progressed from a smell, to smoke coming from under the hood, to the car turning into a total inferno. Seconds.

    Glad everyone was OK!

Wow, some photo! True story… I was once driving on the highway near Philadelphia and I saw big truck in flames. As I got closer, I noticed it was a Poland Spring water truck. I thought that was ironic.
